The communists who came to power in 1917 promised the Russian people a happy and harmonious society, a real heaven on earth. The

great utopia gave birth to utterly fantastic projects conceived to solve the problems of the Soviet people.

Today, the documentary footage from those mythological times is amusing and interesting evidence of the fairy-tale consciousness that

guided millions of people in their steadfast desire to carry out the most utopian experiment in history.
